一、 Description of characteristics

1- Adjustable floating power design,suitable for different grinding precision requirement.

pneumatic spindle,effectively control the temperature rise of spindle and restrain

thermal deformation.

高精度滾珠絲桿

High precision ball screw

1. The three servo spindles adopt C5 grade and D16mm high precision ball screw in

diameter 16mm.With the preload structure,it can insure the smallest backlash.

2. The ball Screw contacted the bearing support with P5 grade special angel,which has

high running accuracy.

3. The ball screw is preloaded to reduce the elongation of heating.

4. The ball screw and hybrid servo motor are connected by a rigid coupling, with high

efficiency and small backlash.

Through repeated simulation analysis and calculation of engineering mechanics, a

stable bed structure is designed to meet the engineering requirements of doubled rigidity

and simplified quality. Combined with precise grinding processing,the fully hardened

moving slide rail offers satisfactory precision and quality.The saddle adopts a four-track

design, and the load is evenly distributed to reduce deformation.
